Royal Parks Half Marathon
Beat Tom by 35 seconds, but took until the last half mile to pull convincingly away from him - I overtook him for the last time with 800m to go!
4th best half time, but 6 minutes away from a PB. Still, 6 minutes faster than the last one at a lower average HR, can't be all bad. Not to mention 2nd best half WAVA - trying not to think too hard about that, though...
