Great Eastern Run!
Had a bit of a light headed wobble around mile 5 - 8 - so really pleased with times all things considering. I almost caught up with Mandy again at the finish!!! Ah well, that will have to wait till next year...
This is 'my' Garmin time - will update once the results are available - but anything under 2 hours 15 is just great for me (oh and a pb too)!! Just checked 2 hours 13 minutes and 30 seconds whoop whoop!!!!
Oh and BTW; was great to see so many 'new' lady werrington joggers go 'flying' past!!

Great run and pb must be down to the "plan" !! had some good long training sessions and they do pay off. just think what you can do when you have done all the marathon training with MP!!!
