You're getting a really good return on the miles you are running mate so guess whatever you are doing is paying off ! You looked strong coming past me today, got a wiser head than me obviously !!
Awesome run buddy - great performance off limited training and just goes to show what you can achieve even when forced to cut back the mileage. Hopefully see you at a 10k race soon!
PS - times can def come down if you train smart - that's a promise...
