ran same pace for this as i ran a half marathon, think once ger is out the way should concentate on speed as this suggests my speed is not there after half training.
It was hot and it is off road. But as they say you can only really train for one thing at a time
yeah not upset by it at all as the halfs were much more important, just know i should have been quicker. more lessons learnt hopefully?
