went pretty well apart from nearly missing the start due to massive queue's for toilets, started alot furter back in my zone because of that. so will bear that in mind if i do it again. forgot to stop watch chip time was 1hr 21m 20s and the gun time was 1hr 23m 32s ish. pretty happy and puts me where i want to be for the ger! thanks all, yeah this run was to set myself up for ger and target of sub 80mins very much on. my own fault with the toilets and start position but would never have carried it round without stopping. good to learn things from races.
