Frostbite League race. Absolutely cracking! Made the scoring team and had bags left to give at the end. A muddy challenging course and running into strong wind for much of the race. Thrilled to bits - if that had been a five miler, I think I'd have pb'd that time. Don't yet know the time, need to wait for results, but have put something of an estimate.
