Great Scottish Run - warm! Clearly not ready for 6m/m again yet but going in the right direction. Felt good until 7m and then felt the heat and hills getting me a bit. Tried to stay steady and hoped I could pick up after the hilly park section but just didn't have it in me and needed the loo! Overally happy with the time, best for a wee while and purely off base training so more to come.
