Glasgow Half
This race is my first that I had no technical issues with Garmin/watch etc....
Planned to go out steady around 6.50 splits as you can see no where near and I paid the price in the second half, well during the second park hills.
Ankle held out just fine with no pain swelling as I type:-) so here's hoping it's sorted. Felt that all that let me down today was my fitness due to several weeks out.
I remain pleased with my result as I was no where near PB fitness. Pretty chuffed at my HR through out never thought I would hold that for the duration.
Now to prepare for my clubs 10k in a fortnight, Stirling 10k all are welcome
