Helensburgh Half.
Nice trip out with Stoosh and Lou, bit of swimming/faffing, spot of lunch and oh yeah the Helensburgh half marathon to start
Wasn't sure whether to bother after the small bit of food poisoning on holiday. But decided at 10.30pm last night to go, as there is always a good training session to be had.
Started off slower than I would have as I knew the lower energy levels would catch up with me towards the end. Worked out nicely, tired towards the end, but hey ho, good session
