Helensburgh Half
Had been hoping for sub 1.21 today but found it a bit of a struggle, legs heavy and pace really dropped off after about 5 miles and couldn't really get it back. Man suit was zipped up around mile 11 and managed to hang on for a wee PB. I think on a day when feeling a bit fresher I should be able to edge towards 1.20 something.
