Thurlby 10k, Did seem a tad warm out there, but well organised and good water stations, which were much needed! Set off perhaps a little fast on reflection and tired in latter stages. Great turn out from WJ, both runnners and supporters. Congrats to all as hard , hot course. esp well done to mickey (win and mens team with Sean and Marts.Then to Eli as 1st lady and Ann Wood 1st FV>50.
I Burned off 800+ calories according to Fetch, just as well as took in >1000 (estimate average 200/ portion) from fantastic cakes. Thanks to all chefs!
