SUNDERLAND CITY 10K - Third year running for me running this race. One of my favourates for 10k's. However didnt really enjoy todays. I set off with Darren for a mile or so then decided to drop back and run with Peter at a steady pace as feeling tired from yesterdays 17 miler plus the man flu kicking in. On top of that it was quite a hot race. The course had also changed which I wasent too keen on. I think the pb potential has been taken away. Pens needed for next year as well. There was no way of a fast start on the race. A great medal and t-shirt at finish!
