Redcar Half marathon. First 7 miles were hot and sunny - I've never been so glad to see a water station and must have poured 3 bottles over myself today! Return leg was into a pretty strong, constant headwind which took it out of my legs. If not for Stu, might have dropped more time at miles 10-11. As it was, managed to hang on to his shoulder and drag myself onward. Missed PB tho
