Started this feeling rubbish. Was tired and knees were v sore, but can't quite believe how well I actually did. Was aiming for around the hour mark, but just kept getting faster. Well chuffed with my time. Also shows me I've got more fitness than I thought :)Which is a good thing seeing as I start my marathon training on Monday...
