Strathallan 5 mile race. Bit of a chilly night. Wasn't sure what to expect, had a bit of an off week, feeling sick and not quite right, but hell you can always get a faster session out of it
Anyway, once I got into the run it went quite well, clearly taking it a bit too easy on the second mile but better safe than sorry
