went through half marathon 2 hours 9 mins-18 mile in 3 hours.got bad cramp in left leg at 19 mile walked to 20 mile did some stretches,still struggling ran/walked through to finish.happy with time shame about the cramp,thought i paced it quite well up to 19 mile 2 loo stops at 3 and 10.poss start slower my next marathon looking at 4hours thirty mins.cracking atmosphere especially in the last mile
crowds really supportive.medal t shirt collection point in a word shambles!!!!!!!!!!!!! very proud to have completed my first marathon.
