Bedgebury Runnersworld Trailblazer 10km Race.
Looking at my pace and HR on the Polar, it was pretty consistant all the way throughout the race.
I've learnt that doing a recci of a route helps considerably. I may have pushed a bit harder nearer the end if I'd have known the hill that I thought was looming, wasn't actually lookimg at all (we had done the up hill part in the first 1 to 2 km of the race!).
