London Marathon what a day, plan was to get round but 4hrs 15 was a target, started or tryed to at 9 m/m 1st mile stop/start as comfortable at that didnt want to bust a gut to early was going to plan but cramped up in left hamstring before 20 tryed to keep going, it slowed me, then right quad at 23 then left calf at 24 so kept drinking water & lucozade & it eased off, hugged mrs & kids at mile 25 & Leanne ex club member at 24, did enjoy was happy to finish, no excuses but bet it aint so hot next weekend (easter) but did do 4hrs 15 get in there
look a distance cuz of weaving/swerving 26.62
