Spring Coast Road 5K race - Ran the first of the New Marske Harriers coast road series. Also my first evening race of the season so a nice change running at this time. As expected a gained a 5K personel best time. Really pleased I still managed this despite a moderate side wind. Chuffed to be third Quaker home as well. Course was very flat which consisted of a 2 loop race along the coast road path and promanade. Overall very pleased with time and position, specially just 2 days after a 20 mile training run. Could of been paced a bit better. Not a fan of these 5K's though!
