==== G.mouth 10k,a bit dissapointed in myself as i dont think i tried as hard as i could,dont know if it was the later start time or just not up for it but anyway,HR tells me i was giving it some beans.Took 1min 8secs off my pb and exactly 3mins off my time last year on this course so its not all bad,plenty of season left to break the 40mins barrier.well done to all today,some great early season form :)
