Ran the East Hull 20 race. Happy with race performance overall. Just 4 minutes over to Trimpell. Course was somewhat harder than Trimpell with some undulation with a headwind from about mile 10 onwards which slowed me down slightly then onwards. Also with race not being traffic free there was a lot of moving for cars and cyclists. Course route was extremly boring and not flat as described but after a swim and steam room session feeling refreshed!
48 mile for the week, another busy week for the milage. An easy week needed next week!
