Alloa half marathon. A little test to see if I'm getting back to fitness :-) Good run with my sis, who made it into a social event, I had to keep saying I think we need to talk less ;-) Found it harder towards the end than last year, but definitely think the fitness is slowly coming back :-) Was aiming for 1.50 so not bad days work. Well done to all the vics and everyone running :-)
