Alloa half marathon. A little test to see if I'm getting back to fitness
Good run with my sis, who made it into a social event, I had to keep saying I think we need to talk less
Found it harder towards the end than last year, but definitely think the fitness is slowly coming back
Was aiming for 1.50 so not bad days work. Well done to all the vics and everyone running
