Snake Lane 10 Mile - debated over long or short sleeves as weather looked very iffy before the start and chose wrongly. Was very warm and windy - glad to see extra water station at 7-8 miles. Tried not to go too hard at the start and aimed to do negative split. Thought I might have overdone it when I caught Les at 4 miles but managed to keep pace going, tho legs started to feel heavy at 7 miles.
