Brighton Half Marathon. Aiming to run as long run around 10 min miles and try to ignore complete lack of training. Shocked at time and kick start to marathon training.

Left orthotic not good - feel need to kick out heel and it rubs on outside of foot. Need to get sorted after surgery.
