Bourne Frostbite. Came 199.
First race in 9 years and furthest in 22 years.
Very pleased with run. Went well for first half, started slowing at 3 miles and Jude came steaming past. Last mile legs started hurting and was a big struggle. Fulfilled all objectives: not get injured, start, finish, beat 40 minutes.
Stretch, then cold bath and finally a warm shower. Cold bath not very nice but seemed to help legs.

There was a 10k flyer on my windscreen for the NVH event in March. I am giving it some thought. If not it will be the Eye one in March (for the champs).
