A good solid run on an a course that was a bit undulation. Had thoughts of dropping out in the first mile for some reason, but felt pretty strong once I got into it, especially going up the inclines. Thought I had the PB and 90% WAVA near the finish, but it came out a bit long on the Garmin. Missed the PB by one bloody second after running 10 miles!

No problem mate, onwards and upwards!
Thanks Ian, I should have been a bit more positive at the start and stayed with the leaders for as long as I could, but my excuse is that I never really intended to run that quick there, I just started to get into it after a few miles.
Shame you couldn't make it, hope the injury is on the mend and you are back soon.
