Initial target was to try to 8 minute mile and get as close to 1.20 as possible. After a couple of good weeks of running thought an attack on my pb of 19.26 could be on the cards. Did not expect this!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) :-)
Arrived and found out not only did the course start in a different place to before but it was an entirely different course, no longer totally flat but undulating so put a pb out of my mind. The start was a disaster stuck in a crowd of people not even sure what direction we were going off in and we weren't chipped timed out just in - was jammed in and unable to run freely till 1 1/2 miles - 2 miles but just look at these splits - -wweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I agree Bob, I think Katy may be in for a great running year. Definitely started extremely well

So pleased for you Katy, really well deserved PB with so much more to come given you now KNOW you can do it. Brilliant splits that I would be proud of, could have been even quicker if you had a clean start. Well done. :D

Wow Well Done Katy what a fantastic 10 mile add on another 20 mins and you'll have finished the Reading. 2 hills in Reading but the crowd will push hard.
