Town Moor Memorial 10K.
Rubbish - ha ha.
Hated, hated, hated the new course.
Legs felt alright really, but couldn't sort my breathing out. Then got a stitch between 4-5 miles. Pretty windy on the second lap.
It was never really a target race though, so I'm not particularly surprised/disappointed and just put it down as a decent paced training run.

I just couldn't be bothered once I knew there would be no chance of a time! Legs were frustratingly ok, just couldn't breathe. I did overtake Howard on a sprint finish though ;). Then felt guilty as he was nearly sick after the line.
