Great South Run

Crap CRAP CRAP Performance this morning was doing very well until i got a stich at around the 6.25 mile mark and had to walk for a few minutes and then start running again and had to do this several times during the last part of the Race so i am NOT HAPPY :-(
it was suppose to of been a 10 mile race and not a 10.25 mile race.
