well the hay was in the barn!:)
my sort of race and decided to turn up for a wee change(elaine said no socialising or that was strike 2:P) and let legs loose on some small hills(aye right!).
legs faded in the last couple of miles but decided on the running approach rather than the walk and talk policy i've used in the past!!:
