Chippenham HM. Enjoyed the race if a tiny bit disappointed with the time. Felt I ran it ok but had a wobble for a mile and half towards the end. Lovely day, if perhaps a bit warm (can't really complain!). Not sure I could have done much differently to avoid my mini-blowout. Maybe toned down the beers at the rugby the day before... Was surprised to be so far adrift as lost 30 seconds somewhere without noticing.. Need to learn to drink during races next. Other times: Lucy: 1.45.10, Dad 1.45.27 Mike 1.41.57 Matt 1.40.28. Lucy and me da died trying to keep up with the others. Positive runs all round though with Lucy getting a 5 and 10k pb en route! 56th overall.
