Sore hip at the start line but eased off abit at about 5 miles.Ran the whole race with hyper sore we decided at about 11 miles to finish the race together. Not good course for pb as too busy for overtaking and few hilly bits but 1 of the most enjoyable halfs as there is loads of fans to cheer us on.Finished 496 out of 8938 finishers so well pleased as last year i was about 1550

good run mate all things concidered,you still looked pretty strong when i saw you.
good running m8 and to manage a really good time with a sore hip thats dedication for you.Who knows on another day but hey there is more to come.Great running and thanks for the company:)
