Great Scottish Run Half Marathon
Seriously bad run. Didn't sleep well last night and hadn't been feeling great yesterday. Went OK (maybe a touch fast for the conditions) for 5 1/2 miles and then fell apart. Started with stich then stomach and back pain. Then nausea and knee pain and ran out of energy. Very disappointed.
