Burnham Beeches Half. Before hand wanted a) A good race esp after last year. b) 1:45 - 1:50 (8:00 - 8:23 m/m)
Steady start but after 3M garmin splits were long (tree cover). Clocked 4M @ 32:40 (8:10m/m). Stopped watching the splits at 10M. A short stop at 11M. I`ve ran easier last few miles. Generally pleased with time.
I have a feeling The Stag pub is around the 12.75M mark - guess I didn`t take the hint.
