Well
After deciding (very sensibly!) NOT to run the ed marathon I forgot that and went to earn my goodie bag
V hot (25degrees) out on course and lack of 20 milers showed towards the end - despite that I felt fantastic for first 12 - then ok til mile 21 - then it came on - the slope shuffle! still managed decent time therefore = chuffed
