dorking 10. Really, Really hot. Forgot to change my garmin to mile laps for no splits. started off at same pace as last week but from the start my legs felt heavy. Really Really hellishly hot. Walked all the hill bar the first and walked ran the last 4 miles. but who cares I got a new half pb last week!!!
