Great Baddow 10 <p>
Aimed for 10 min miling after running the 12.5 miles to get here, original plan was to run home after. However, as it was so hot I decided to run here first, rather than run back. <p>

how many is it this weekend? a short 50 on the downs?!
well done on your run to the race and then 10 mile race yesterday!!-esp in that horrid heat
I'm hoping to do 30ish on the Downs this Saturday. Drive to Three Bridges, train to Lewes, run SDW from Lewes to Amberley (half way), train from Amberley to Three Bridges, Drive Home. I might have to do a Kate O'Clock start to fit it all in though!
