(Forgot to turn watch off; but all bar a few seconds this should be about right). A steady race this week, as paced my running buddy Sharon round (her first 10km). We didn't go off too quick; and concentrated on being able to get round 'sensibly'!? Very strong headwind for what seemed like ages... Comfortable run for me; with a little left in the tank... So just need to get the times down a bit for a sub hour now... Hopefully by the end of this season...
