Eye 10k - really enjoyed and just felt good from the start.was joined by Ron at about 2miles and was really good to run with him again-we pulled each other round and consequently I got a PB by 41 seconds -official time = 45.16 as took a while to get over start line.Thanks to great support on way round including gemma,steph and hazel.Got 1st vet 50 - are advantages to being so old! - and 4th member winning ladies team. Werrington Joggers did really well with John,Paul and Mick taking 1st 3 mens places and Ellie coming 2nd for the women and lots other prizes too including biggest turn out chocolates - best prize of all!
