after a hard years training and coming close before in other marathons to get under 3 hours, now i can say that i am a sub 3 hour yes lol.
thinking back about the i ran this race, i felt good upto 13 miles going nice, thats when i started to get a bad stitch in my lift side. at 12 miles i took1 gel with water, not sure did this cause the stitch but i got rid of it at 16 then it come back again at 23 miles.
i could not drink anymore water at this stage, just tried my best to get to the end in the time that i wanted.
