VLM. Ran all the way, was going well until about 19miles when I stood on a bottle and wrenched my ankle. I ran for a bit to assess it, decided I could still run and carried on. By the time I finished it had balloned up though. Really good splits, 54:30, 53:54, 53;38, 55:27 for 10-40k. 1st half 1:54:05 2nd half 1:55:32.
