Brighton Marathon <p>
It was getting warm before the start, so I decided on 10 minute miles. struggled from about 18, felt like puking at about 21/22, I think that was the nuun/shot blox mixture. The crowds on the last 4 miles were fantastic! best support I've ever had <p>
Let's hope this goes from strength to strength, I would hope they are able to keep it more cental and cut out the power station though! GRIM is a good word for those few miles! <p>

I think I made a good decision to go for 4.30, I'll be fine for similar next week I expect
those shot bloks are awful! made me gag when i had them at luton!
