Cranleigh 21 race - attempted to run this as 5 miles steady, 5 miles MP, 5 miles steady and 6 miles MP. But after the 2nd steady 5 miles, i was feeling tired and we wanted to run for 3hrs in total anyway so decided to carry on and run as we feel, instead of pushing it. Overall pace: 7:50 which could be potential MP any way!!! :-) OOps!!
