Balloch to Clydebank half - was dreading this as not down too many long runs in recent weeks, it was as bad as feared, in fact even worse due to the unexpected arrival of sunshine and heat ....! Anyway, after nearly killing myself in the 1st 4 miles, I dragged myself round 'til mile 12 and managed to finish at a semi decent pace. Only 11 seconds slower than last year which I count as a good result!
