Laswade 10. 9.30am decision to go. Tried to convince myself all last night to give my foot a rest and go out on my bike today, but we are runners after all
I figure until I actually have to stop mid run I will kept going. Mmmm not the brightest plan but hey ho! Plus there was the opportunity for a social with sis and her friends
and well I am not one to turn down the social side of thing, I mean I'd have been on my own today anyway. Well hilly race, great day for it, great course, hillgirl would have loved it (sorry you couldn't do it, but a huge thanks for your place). A pb for me
Really enjoyed it, a good test, got a little run with jammyLu for a bit which was nice, always nice to see friendly faces. Felt pretty good throughout, but between 8.5-9 my foot and calves hurt quite a bit, maybe need to fit in longer tempo efforts, yeah right! Oh and did barrypbs trick - race line all the way
