Castle Coombe 10k,,,,, A fab event, good facilities i thought (coffee easily available, and plenty of food etc in the onsite cafe) a real friendly bunch both taking part and organising. Got a PB but failed to dip under 40 minutes, maybe next time. the 3 laps were a tiny bit of a drag but we knew it was coming, at top of the course it was a bit breezy along with the only undulations combined which slowed me quite a bit (not that there was much undulating going on hee hee) mmmm may have gone out a tad too quick too :o)
