*Manchester Love Run 10k (Action Duchenne)* hardest 10k to date, could there BE any more uphills ?? chips handed out on day; chat with Alberon pre race; cold and overcast; race started late; set off bit fast, 1km fly by; 2nd km had long tough uphill; some friendly marshalls, some disappionting/bored looking; calf aches, legs hurt; 1st 5km over, tempting to stick to just that; grabbed water; head down for the (many) tough bits; paced and overtook green/orange lady during 7th km; paced and overtook Blondie after the 9th km marker; finished knackered, approx 67mins (awaiting official time); bottle of water, chewy bar post race; slow walk back to car, over 1/2 mile.
