Great Bentley Half

Dick stayed with me for the first 8 miles, I slowed a bit from there & he went on. Caught up with Iain at 10 miles, encouraged him to run with the old man, he stopped for a jimmy at 11 miles. I calculated I needed to do 8.30 miling at the 11 mile marker to get under 2 hours , so pushed on a bit for the last 2 miles

Calf was a bit 'heavy' for a lot of the run, I think it's ok now
