Dublin Marathon .
First run after a 5 week injury lay off.
Only did it as everything was already paid for.
It was really tough. Ran all of the first half non stop. 2hrs. 5mins,
Then the lack of training showed & it was jog/Walk all the way in. 2nd half in 2hrs.51mins.

WOW - you did it, no wonder you are doubting your ability ... that was REALLY hard to do after a gap of running ...and "getting round" is one thing but you made it even harder by RUNNING all of the first half! You must've had the HEAVEN-HELL experience!
