BUPA Great South Run. Dropped down to the Green start to run with Verity and Sarah (they're about the same pace as me) and VERY glad I did. We sailed round the first 8 miles despite the awful weather (wind and continual rain). When we turned onto the seafront at 8.5 miles, the wind just stopped us in our tracks. Despite that, our split time for the last mile as 8:46! PB for this distance by more than 7mins.
